I believe there’s more than one way to build a healthy plate. My philosophy centers on enjoying food and maintaining a positive relationship with food and your body. Nutrition is very nuanced and personal. Most of my nutrition advice is designed about the DASH - or Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension - eating plan. It was designed to help people lower blood pressure with diet, but overall it's simply a healthy eating plan.
